Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Assistant to join one of their clients, a well-known company. For this temporary assignment based in Zürich, we are in search of a German-English-speaking candidate who is available in a short notice.

Major responsabilities:

  • Provide general administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at local factory.
  • Performs complex administrative activities and supports Local Factory Manager in day to day business.
  • Travel Manager
  • Organization of Company Events
  • Coordination of Facility Management for Administration
  • Management of internal & external factory communication
  • Administrative support for local management team

Your profile

  • KV Lehre
  • MS Office, SAP nice to have
  • Fluent German and English

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: contract until end of 2019 with a possibility of further extension
