Call Center Agent/Supporter (German/French, German/Italian)

On behalf of our client, a renowned financial institution in Bern, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated call center agent.

Your role:

You will be providing call center support related to banking products to corporate clients.

Your profile:

Analytical and communication skills are critical to this role. You are someone who is able to carefully listen, analyze, and provide troubleshooting advice. In order to excel in this role, it would be helpful if you have knowledge of banking products, gained through a commercial or banking apprenticeship. You are comfortable handling a large number of phone calls on a daily basis. Finally, you are fluent in German/French or German/Italian and have strong English skills.
