Knowledge Management, End-Users support

6 months contract


Our client, a very dynamic company in Geneva is looking for a end-users support in order to manage the IS Service Catalogue for end-users and to support the Knowledge management process within IS

Mission / Rôle :

  • Ensure that the Service Catalogue for end-users and for IS is produced and maintained, containing accurate information on all items
  • Clean-up existing catalog items
  • Act as a subject matter expert during future upgrade of the user service catalog and test service catalog in the new portal
  • Produce reports on Knowledge Management process and related KPIs
  • Coordinate the on-boarding training sessions and track them
  • Work closely with Service management office team, service desk, change and communication managers on relevant matters

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in service management or managing service catalog
  • ITIL certification is a plus
  • English : Fluent
