German & English speaking Payments Support/ Specialist

On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a German and English speaking Payments Support/ Specialist. Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity with a market leading global company then please have a look at the details:


  • Payments Support assists the Front Business Areas with all questions regarding payments (payment products, payment processes, coordination and prioritization of complex and/or urgent payments and application and tool support).
  • Resolving internal clients queries related to payments transactions
  • Actively manage queries and take over full problem ownership
  • Proactive communication to Client Relationship Managers and Assistants on solution options
  • Liaise with back office, front office and other functions (e.g., Product Management, IT etc.) in order to ensure high quality and no risk query resolution
  • Integrate and share knowhow across Banking Support
  • Give input to process improvements, actively pursue improvement potential, striving for business excellence
  • Adhere to work related to policies and procedures and laws


  • Significant experience in the field of international payments transactions
  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of the banking business especially front facing
  • Good user skills in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Open mind-set for digital media
  • Clear verbal communication, attention to detail, willingness to take on responsibility, ability to work under pressure and think solution oriented
  • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge
  • Highly client service and quality oriented mind-set
  • Quick comprehension and an ability to think analytically
  • Performance-oriented, independent, initiative and team-oriented personality
  • flexibility and problem-solving skills
  • Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload
