German speaking Workforce Coordinator

On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Workforce Coordinator. For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for a German & English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity with a market leading global company then please have a look at the details:


  • Supervise & manage the verification of onboarding/lifecycle processes primarily for consultants and outsourced resources in Switzerland and provision/support of correspondent reporting.
  • Ownership of the verification and documentations tracking process related to onboarding of Professional Services (Consultants and Outsources resources) for IT and Business areas in Switzerland.
  • Monitoring and controlling contractual validation of all Contingent Workers in IT area in Switzerland. Ensure appropriate action is initiated to ensure compliance.
    • Verifying whether contract is expired and initiate off-boarding if no valid contract can be submitted
  • Responsible for the provision of reliable and meaningful standardized reporting to Managers and other relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Support Workforce & MI function through timely ad hoc analysis and non-standard reporting
    • Prepare data for respective reporting, generate the report and make them available
  • Support of Lifecycle Management migration to new platform


  • Administrational background (preferable in Workforce Lifecycle Mgmt)
  • Analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, Good MS office knowhow
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong personality to chase and push back
  • Positive, proactive attitude and independent work style; reliable and committed
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Desired skills:

  • Working experience in External Workforce Management (onboarding documentation)
  • Banking industry experience
