HR Administrator / Recruitment Support

Are you an HR Administrator with 2-4 years of relevant HR services professional experience? Do you also have experience of supporting the recruitment process ?

Was this experience gained within a multinational and multicultural environment and are you looking for an exciting new opportunity within a non-governmental organisation (NGO) ? If so, please have a look at the following details:

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an HR Administrator (with IT & Recruitment knowledge) to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your role:

To provide operational and administrative support to internal teams and departments

The role holder is expected to maintain exceptional levels of professionalism, efficiency and discretion whilst demonstrating strong communication skills and judgement. The role holder will work closely and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders dealing with a wide range of highly sensitive issues within extremely tight deadlines and demanding situations.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Coordinate complete hiring process for new joiners and transfers
    of current employees, once candidate file has been handed over by
    the Associate, Recruitment and Internal Mobility;
  • Relocation focal point for all travel and visa logistics;
  • Coordination with relocation agent ensuring timely
    communication at all times;
  • Oversee all contract, appointment and temporary assignment
    letter administration;
  • Be responsible for the issuance of loanee and secondee
    agreements in coordination with the Manager, Communities of
  • Coordinate all on-boarding activities for new joiners including
    Inside-out Induction day;

To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have:

  • 2-4 years of relevant HR services experience, preferably in a medium to large multinational company/organization
  • Professional experience of involvement in the recruitment process
  • Has worked in a high volume administration and customer service environment;
  • Has dealt with high volume complex administrative issues within a highly regulated environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to complete activities where there was a high degree of attention to detail, analysis and the meeting of short deadlines;
  • Worked in an environment where there are multiple escalation routes to get work completed e.g. matrix organization;
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information requiring diplomacy and tact;
  • Strong IT knowledge
  • Fluency in both English and French
