Mission / Rôle :

One of our clients is looking for a 2nd Level Support in IT.

Tasks :

- Provide troubleshooting
- Provide 1st, 2nd level supprot to the users
- Bring some patches for incidents resolution
- Maintain the IT equipments
- Maintain the documentations
- Ensure all incidents are registered in the incidents tools

Experience / Qualifications:

- Very good skills in 2nd level support
- Very good skills with Windows, AD, Exchange
- Very good communication skills
- Very good skills in harware
- Ability to work with ITIL methodology
- Very good level in French and English
