Are you an outstanding personality searching for a great career opportunity within Sales, and Recruitment roles?
As recruiter you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing suitable candidates as well as performing phone and F2F interviews. You will be also creating/writing adverts which will be posted on several job boards. As part of our national team and in order to improve a collective workflow, you commit to keep up to date our internal candidate data base. Networking and lead generation are included in your main tasks. You will be managing the 360 degree recruitment process.
As Sales Consultant, your main focus will be generating new business opportunities as well as developing client relationships. Face to face and telephone client meetings in high volume are a must. You'll be producing weekly pipelines as well as keeping all client data base accurate. Identifying suitable candidates is also part of your role. With your example you are expected to help mentoring new and junior talent. Networking and lead generation are included in your daily tasks. You will be managing the entire hiring process.
- University degree or apprenticeship successfully finished- 1 - 5 years professional experience in IT or Commercials (experience in the recruitment industry is an advantage) - strong, open and persuasive personality
- Languages: French and English /German is an advantage
- Used to fast- paced working environments
