My client is a global multi metals business well known worldwide and having a plenty of offices in Europe, Americas and Australia. With more than 2000 people worldwide, this company is an active major actor.

In order to support the growth, my client is looking for a Traffic coordinator Officer.

Your tasks :

Manage orders and invoicing:

  • You will create SAP contracts and orders
  • You are responsible for Price orders in SAP and manage Quotation Periods (QP's) to activate hedging process
  • You are responsible for Monitor the status of material movements through the order execution process flow

Manage the order execution process for customers:

  • You will provide status updates to customers
  • You will coordinate resolution of order, delivery and invoice related issues with customers and stakeholders including transport, inventory planning and the Sales team

Plan and coordinate deliveries and transport requirements with carriers:

  • You will liase with customers and our logistics partner to track and update transport arrival dates in SAP
  • You are responsible for the Preparation and coordination of transport, weighing, customs and LC documentation with related third
  • You are responsible for timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents for clearance of cargo at destination parties

Business improvement:

  • You are responsible for the QP management, Meet role KPI's focused on Invoicing performance, Open orders and contracts, Delivery in Full On Time performance and Customer satisfaction
  • You are responsible for the display an active motivation to learn and support colleagues
  • You will actively identify and lead improvement activities
  • You will Update and maintain operating procedures
  • You will Manage customer service

Profile to be shortlisted:

  • You have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • You have Previous experience with SAP
  • You are Fluent in English
  • You are Flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
